Overview
This two storey end terrace property was extended and significantly remodelled internally to form a suitable home for a growing family. The dry-dash render, facing brick base course and window eyebrow allow the extension to link with the style of the neighbouring properties externally whilst not attempt impersonate them.
The extension comprises an integral garage and kitchen at ground floor level with 2 no. new bedrooms on the upper floor.  Within the existing property, the old kitchen and dining space were combined to form a new spacious dining area off the new kitchen. On the first floor the old bathroom formed the link between old and new whilst the second bedroom and box room were reconfigured to form a generous bathroom and new study / single room.

Overview
Having endured the troubles of an ageing and poorly constructed flat roof extension to their property, the clients wanted to gain the benefit of additional space for their money when looking to re-roof the single storey element. Through some early design development a new two storey extension was designed incorporating a home office and creating a new family / garden room and open plan kitchen, along with two spacious bedrooms on the first floor.
